1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FixBros.in (the “Website” or “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

FixBros.in provides doorstep repair services for smartphones, MacBooks, iPads, Apple Watches, and other smart devices in Delhi, NCR, and Gurugram.
All services are subject to availability and acceptance of orders.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our website or booking a repair, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Allow technician access to your location/device for diagnosis or repair
Not misuse the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes

4. Booking & Payment

Service bookings can be made online or via WhatsApp
Payment methods include UPI, Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, and COD (when available)
Full payment is required post-service completion

5. Warranty & Repairs

All repairs are backed by a 6-month service warranty, unless specified otherwise
Warranty does not cover physical or liquid damage post-service
If an issue reoccurs during warranty, FixBros.in will re-service the device at no cost

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be requested before the technician is dispatched
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days
No refunds for completed repair jobs or diagnostic services

7. Liability Disclaimer

FixBros.in is not responsible for:

Damage caused due to user mishandling post-repair
Data loss during the repair process (please backup your device)
Delays due to factors outside our control (traffic, weather, inventory)

8. Intellectual Property

All content on FixBros.in — including logos, texts, graphics, and trademarks — are owned by FixBros or its licensors and protected by Indian copyright laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. Third-Party Links

We may include links to third-party websites (like payment gateways or WhatsApp). FixBros.in is not responsible for the content or policies of those sites.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes will be handled in courts located in Delhi, India.

11. Modifications

FixBros.in reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
